"I Earn My Comedian Salary Even Without Working"
Comedian Hwang Hyun-hee has been revealed to have succeeded as a private investor, earning significant profits.
Hwang Hyun-hee will appear on MBC's 'Radio Star' airing on the 8th, alongside actress Jin Seo-yeon, Monk Seong Jin, and Father Ha Sung-yong. He debuted as the 19th generation KBS public comedian and was part of the golden era of 'Gag Concert.' Even then, he demonstrated outstanding investment skills and has since transitioned to a private investor, publishing books related to economics.
On the broadcast, Hwang Hyun-hee reveals the reason he shifted from comedian to investor and expresses regret that "the recently published book did not make it to the bestseller list." He adds, "I invest in real estate, stocks, and coins," and states, "I have never lost money in stocks."
Furthermore, he explains the system he built that allows him to earn the salary he made as a comedian without doing any work, addressing rumors about his "10 billion won asset."
Hwang also points out mistakes made by individual investors based on his own trial and error experiences and discloses the investment ratios and secrets for real estate, stocks, and coins. He says, "After transitioning to an investor and having my asset size revealed to many people, I have been flooded with contacts from family and acquaintances. Among them, many ask to borrow money." He adds, "Currently, I am looking at auctioned (for sale) buildings with my wife to give her a 'monthly rent gift' instead of a luxury handbag." He previously attracted attention with the statement, "I do not spend on consumption that decreases asset value. Once, I went to buy a Nike hoodie but ended up buying Samsung Electronics stock on the spot."
Meanwhile, Hwang Hyun-hee debuted in 2004 with the 'Action Reality' corner of 'Gag Concert.' He solidified his position through various corners such as 'Hwang Hyun-hee PD's Consumer Report,' 'Focused Discussion,' 'Reconstruction of Crime,' 'You've Grown a Lot, Chairman Hwang,' and 'Uncomfortable Truth.' After leaving 'Gag Concert' in 2014, he began studying investment and is known to have started real estate investment in 2016. He has also succeeded in stock and cryptocurrency investments, reportedly earning substantial profits, and is currently enrolled in the master's program at Yonsei University's Graduate School of Economics.
