9 Gumi Companies Participate in Gyeongbuk Joint Pavilion
The horizon of economic activities in Gumi City, Gyeongbuk Province, which is emerging as a hub for the semiconductor and defense industries, is expanding globally.
Gumi City announced on the 8th that it will participate in CES 2025, the world's largest electronics exhibition held in Las Vegas, USA, from the 7th to the 10th, showcasing the innovative technologies of local companies to the global market.

At CES 2025, 16 companies will participate in the Gyeongsangbuk-do joint pavilion, of which 9 are from Gumi City. The participating companies cover advanced technology fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), healthcare, blockchain, mobility, and drones, raising expectations as an opportunity to prove the technological capabilities and competitiveness of Gumi companies.
The participating companies are ▲Xbig Co., Ltd. ▲LSB Co., Ltd. ▲ALNT Co., Ltd. ▲iPowertrain Korea Co., Ltd. ▲NS Lab Co., Ltd. ▲Metaheart Co., Ltd. ▲Vspace Co., Ltd. ▲RFON Co., Ltd. Notably, Xbig Co., Ltd. attracted attention by exhibiting a portable putting assist device equipped with AI, winning the CES 2025 Innovation Award.
Since last year, Gumi City has prepared systematic support measures such as pre-consulting, content production, and support for employee accommodation expenses to ensure the successful global advancement of participating companies. In addition, at the exhibition site, the city supported company promotion together with related organizations such as the Electronics and Information Technology Institute and listened to each company's difficulties to seek practical solutions.
During the event, networking will be strengthened and global advancement strategies will be discussed in depth through the 'Gyeongbuk Night' and 'Gumi City’s own meeting.'
