Voice actor and actor Yoo Ho-han has passed away at the age of 52.
According to the performance industry on the 8th, Yoo Ho-han suddenly passed away that day. Jung Sung-hoon, a colleague who worked with him at the KBS Voice Actor Association, expressed his condolences on social media (SNS), saying, "Rest in peace, senior Yoo Ho-han." Born in 1972, Yoo Ho-han graduated from the Department of Theater at Sangmyung University Cheonan Campus and joined Daekyo Broadcasting Voice Actor Association as part of the 4th class in 2000. He later rejoined the KBS Voice Actor Association as part of the 29th class in 2002 and served as the president of the KBS Voice Actor Association in 2016.
During his lifetime, he was actively involved in animation roles such as Haruhiko and Pain in "Gash Bell," Mr. Thenardier and Anjolas in "Les Mis?rables: Shoujo Cosette," Chronos de Medici and Yubel in "Yu-Gi-Oh! GX," Gisuke in "Inuyasha," and Macau and Kantam Robo in the movie "Crayon Shin-chan: The Great Adventure in Henderland." He also pursued acting, appearing in films such as "Jjirasi: Dangerous Rumor," "The Whistleblower," "Our School," "Midnight Runners," and "The Divine Fury."
The funeral is being held at the funeral hall of Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital in Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi Province. The funeral procession will take place on the 11th, and the burial site is Hambaeksan Memorial Park.
