12-Week Exercise Program Starting February 3 at Gunja Health Center
Includes Sling Exercise Class, G-Track Walking Class, and Fat-Burning Exercise Class
Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) is operating the first session of the 'Exercise Habit Solution 2025 Exercise Program' to promote the health of its residents.
Starting from February 3, this program will be held at Gunja Health Center (151 Gunja-ro) and includes activities such as 'Strengthening Sling Exercise' using a shaking rope, 'G-Track Walking' to improve walking posture using a track, and 'Fat-Burning Exercise' which allows participants to burn calories through various movements in a short time.
A total of 57 participants across three classes will receive personalized consultations before and after the program, and after the 12-week course, physical measurements will be taken to assess health changes.
Since opening in August last year, Gunja Health Center has been running various health promotion programs for residents.
Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, said, “I hope residents have a healthy year both physically and mentally through participation in the exercise program,” and added, “We will continue to activate the foundation of community sports to create a vibrant local community.”
