On the 6th (local time), CEO Huang first revealed the new consumer GPU, the RTX 50 series, during his keynote speech at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. He then announced 'Cosmos,' an AI platform for robots and autonomous vehicles. Cosmos will be offered as open source, similar to Meta's 'LLaMA,' and is expected to significantly reduce development costs for automakers working on autonomous driving.

Notably, CEO Huang publicly disclosed NVIDIA's autonomous driving technology collaboration with Toyota for the first time. NVIDIA plans to develop autonomous driving technology with Toyota using its in-vehicle computer 'Drive AGX' and operating system 'DriveOS.'

At the end of the event, NVIDIA also showcased 'Project DIGITS,' a mini desktop supercomputer. Specially designed for programmers, this product is equipped with Blackwell line chips and is priced at $3,000.

CEO Huang emphasized, "AI has passed the stages of perception (image and voice recognition) and generation (content creation) and has now entered the era of physical AI that reasons, plans, and acts."

Approximately 6,000 people attended the speech, according to NVIDIA's estimates. On the same day, NVIDIA's stock closed at a record high of $149.43 on the Nasdaq market.
