Applicants must be returning or new students who, as of the announcement date, have continuously resided in Goryeong County for more than one year, either themselves or through their guardians.
The selection criteria include length of residence, alma mater, and academic performance, and students are selected in order of highest scores according to the Goryeong County Goryeong Dormitory Resident Selection Regulations and the Hometown Dormitory Resident Selection Regulations. Selected students are given priority placement in each dormitory.
