Visiting the Daehan Senior Citizens Association Gyeongsan Branch for the New Year
Gyeongsan City in Gyeongbuk announced on the 6th that Mayor Jo Hyun-il of Gyeongsan City visited the Gyeongsan branch of the Korea Senior Citizens Association on the 3rd to exchange New Year's greetings and have a time of communication to welcome the year 2025, the Year of the Eulsa.

During the visit, Mayor Jo Hyun-il encouraged the efforts of the Gyeongsan branch of the Korea Senior Citizens Association, which is dedicated to the elderly of Gyeongsan City, conveyed New Year's greetings and well-wishes, and took time to listen to their difficulties.
Choi Jae-rim, head of the Gyeongsan branch of the Korea Senior Citizens Association, said, "Thank you for not forgetting and visiting us in person to welcome the New Year despite your busy schedule," and added, "We ask for your continued interest and support to improve the welfare of the elderly in Gyeongsan City."
Mayor Jo Hyun-il of Gyeongsan City said, "I wish you health and happiness in the New Year 2025, and I will work harder for the healthy and happy old age of the elderly in Gyeongsan City."
Meanwhile, the Gyeongsan branch of the Korea Senior Citizens Association was established in 1981 and provides field-oriented welfare services encompassing the health, leisure, education, and welfare of the elderly, such as fostering leaders of senior centers in towns and villages, operating employment support centers, and running senior education facilities.
