Held General Meeting on the 3rd and Resolved... Term of Office 3 Years
On the 3rd, Hyundai Engineering & Construction held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders at its headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and announced the appointment of Vice President Lee Han-woo as an inside director. Lee's term is three years.
The newly appointed CEO joined Hyundai Engineering & Construction in 1994 and has worked there for over 30 years, serving as head of the Housing Business Division. In November last year, he was appointed as the new head of Hyundai Engineering & Construction in the Hyundai Motor Group personnel reshuffle.
Born in 1970, he graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Architectural Engineering.
