‘The Platinum Skyheron’ First-Come, First-Served Club Designation Contract Starting from the 4th

Ssangyong Construction's 'The Platinum Sky Heron,' supplied in Tongbok 2 District (Tongbok-dong area), Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province, will begin first-come, first-served building and unit number designation contracts starting January 4th (Saturday).

The first-come, first-served building and unit number designation contract is open to anyone aged 19 or older, regardless of residence area or home ownership status. No subscription savings account is required, and contract holders can directly select their desired building and unit number, resulting in high satisfaction among demanders.

During the first-come, first-served contract period, customers who visit the model house and sign a contract will receive a contract congratulatory gift of 5 million KRW. Accordingly, customers are expected to reduce the initial deposit burden.

Various events will also be held. Starting January 4th (Saturday), every weekend, the first 30 customers visiting the model house will receive limited gifts, and there will be super jackpot prize events and lucky lottery events.

The Platinum Sky Heron is designed with 784 apartment units ranging from 84㎡ to 134㎡ (including penthouse types) and 50 officetel units ranging from 113㎡ to 118㎡, with a maximum height of 49 floors above ground. Its advantage is the unobstructed views enjoyed from the top 49 floors.

The complex is located within walking distance of Pyeongtaek Station, offering a transit-oriented location. Pyeongtaek Jije Station, one stop from Pyeongtaek Station, serves Line 1 and SRT.
