'AI G3 Leap and Technology Commercialization Efforts' Ministry of Science and ICT Holds 2025 New Year's Ceremony

The Ministry of Science and ICT, the department responsible for the fields of science, technology, and information and communication that will lead the future of the Korean economy, held its opening ceremony on the 2nd and reaffirmed its commitment to focusing on becoming one of the top three AI powers and on technology commercialization.

On the afternoon of the 2nd, Minister Yoo Sang-im of the Ministry of Science and ICT expressed a strong determination at the '2025 Ministry of Science and ICT Opening Ceremony' held at the Government Sejong Complex in Sejong Special Self-Governing City to swiftly secure key assets such as Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) and to concentrate budget investment on AI computing infrastructure, outstanding human resources, and technology development in order to leap to AI G3.
