Lotte History Decides to Acquire Non-Current Assets Worth 31.5 Billion KRW

Lotte History announced on the 2nd that it has decided to acquire non-current assets worth approximately KRW 31.5 billion (annual usage fee for 2025) for the operation of large-scale stores registered under Article 2 and Article 8 of the Distribution Industry Development Act. This corresponds to 19.63% of the total assets.

The acquisition targets are land and buildings (Yeongdeungpo Station) located in Yeongdeungpo-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, with the size of the acquisition targets being 34,035.34㎡ of land and 130,227.26㎡ of buildings.
