The Korea Exchange KOSPI Market Division announced on the 2nd that it plans to designate Gwangmyeong Electric as a non-compliant disclosure corporation.
Gwangmyeong Electric did not disclose a correction despite the occurrence of a correction fact after the announcement on September 26 regarding a major management matter related to investment decisions (execution of a stock transfer agreement involving a change of the largest shareholder).
Gwangmyeong Electric can file an objection by the 13th.
