Jeong Mun-cheol, New CEO of KB Life, "We Must Change for Qualitative Growth"

Jung Moon-chul, the new CEO of KB Life, officially took office on the 2nd. In his inaugural speech, CEO Jung emphasized the need to initiate new changes for qualitative growth.


On the same day, CEO Jung held an inauguration ceremony at the KB Life Tower in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and announced new management policies. He presented three management policies for qualitative growth: ▲ Think from the customer's perspective ▲ Establish customer-centric management as a process and culture ▲ Continuously improve with a customer-centric approach to achieve qualitative change and sustainable growth.

CEO Jung stated, “Customers leave silently if their expectations are not met,” and added, "Employees should find ways to satisfy customers rather than reasons why something cannot be done."


He continued, "Customer-centric thinking must be embedded in the organization's processes and culture," and said, "When customer-centric management is established as a process and corporate culture, KB Life can have sustainable competitiveness unique to itself."


Furthermore, CEO Jung expressed his ambition, saying, "To achieve sustainable growth, we will pursue improvements with the spirit of ‘Ilshin-Uilshin (日新又日新)’ and will not stop making new changes," adding, "As a member of collective intelligence, I will lead new changes and listen to the voices of customers and the field."
