Marking its 10th anniversary, BISTEP has established the Convergence Planning TF Team to strengthen enterprise-wide planning functions reflecting changes in the management environment and to discover new growth businesses and establish a differentiated identity for the next 10 years. This team will undertake tasks for management innovation, such as mid- to long-term development strategies, new business discovery, and redefining internal and external roles and responsibilities (R&R).
In this organizational restructuring, half of the existing 12 executives were replaced, and the proportion of female executives was dramatically increased from 8.3% to 30.8%. A particularly notable appointment is Yoon Ji-eon, who was named BISTEP’s first female division head.
