Juhulsan Industrial Development, headquartered in Mungyeong, announced on the 2nd that it donated 10 million won to Gyeongbuk Province through the Community Chest of Korea to help overcome the low birthrate.
This donation is part of Juhulsan Industrial Development's long-term social contribution activities aimed at addressing the low birthrate issue in the Gyeongbuk region and supporting the creation of a childbirth and child-rearing friendly environment.

Park Young-seo, a member of the Gyeongbuk Provincial Council and CEO of Juhulsan Industrial Development, stated, “The low birthrate issue is not just a problem for the Gyeongbuk region but a significant challenge that the entire Republic of Korea must solve together.”
Lee Cheol-woo, Governor of Gyeongbuk Province, said, “In March, Daiji Co., Ltd. and Juhulsan Industrial Development donated a large sum of 100 million won to overcome the low birthrate, and I deeply appreciate their continued participation in donations.” He added, “We will carefully analyze policies and promote more practical and tangible policies going forward.”
Since its establishment in 2000, Juhulsan Industrial Development has been manufacturing asphalt concrete (Ascon) and recycled Ascon based in Mungyeong, and continues to foster a corporate culture that coexists with the local community through various social contribution activities.
