Singer Lim Young-woong has decided to proceed with the large-scale solo concert "Lim Young-woong Recital" scheduled to be held at Seoul Gocheok Sky Dome as planned.

On the 31st, Lim Young-woong's agency, Mulgogi Music, stated, "After much consideration, we have decided to proceed with the scheduled Lim Young-woong concert to keep the precious promise made to the fans who have waited for a long time, as well as to all the staff and related parties involved in preparing the performance."

Earlier, the government designated the period from the 29th of last month to January 4th of next year as a national mourning period. Since the announcement, some entertainment events scheduled to be held during this period have been canceled or temporarily postponed.

Mulgogi Music emphasized, "We will deeply reflect on the spirit of mourning," and added, "We will prepare with a heavier heart to make this performance a moment of sincere consolation and hope." They also expressed, "We sincerely hope that we can all come together and overcome this difficult time."

Although the concert will proceed as planned, customers who purchased tickets can cancel without any fees. The agency also stated, "Those who do not wish to attend the performance out of respect for the mourning period should contact the Interpark customer center by the day before the concert," and added, "They can receive a full refund without any cancellation fees."

Lim Young-woong has already held the Lim Young-woong Recital from the 27th to the 29th. The next performances will be held from January 2nd to 4th at Gocheok Sky Dome.

Meanwhile, on the 29th during the performance, Lim Young-woong expressed condolences regarding the Muan International Airport Jeju Air passenger plane disaster, saying, "I felt deep sorrow upon hearing the news that precious lives were lost in the plane accident."
