The Anyone Care project was established to complement gaps in the existing care system and provide prompt care services. It is a project that offers emergency care services to citizens who have difficulty moving or performing independent daily activities.
Since 2024, Pocheon City has been promoting the project in five main areas: ▲ daily care ▲ companion care ▲ temporary protection ▲ meal support (lunchbox delivery) ▲ psychological counseling.
For the 2025 project, the city recruited service providers from November to December and selected 13 institutions through evaluation. In particular, by signing agreements with housing safety service providers, care services can now be offered in six areas, including simple home repairs (such as replacing fluorescent lights and faucets).
Through the Anyone Care housing safety service, it is expected to help create a safe living environment for citizens who are in blind spots of care.
Additionally, after signing the agreements, the city prepared to smoothly promote the project by conducting 2025 Anyone Care project guideline training, enabling public and private sectors to communicate and cooperate together.
They also shared the revised guidelines effective from 2025, including the use of Anyone Care services without co-payment for national merit recipients, to ensure more citizens can benefit.
For detailed information about the ‘Anyone Care’ service, residents can visit or contact the administrative welfare centers of the 14 towns and townships in their area.
A Pocheon City official said, “We hope that through this agreement and project promotion, we can provide thorough welfare support to citizens in need of care,” and added, “We will continue to do our best to enhance citizen welfare through cooperation.”
