Final Results Announcement in March 2025
The National Pension Service announced that the 6th open recruitment for fund management experts for 2024 will be held from the 30th until January 13, 2025. This recruitment aims to hire asset management experts from various domestic and international fields within the Fund Management Headquarters, planning to select a total of 24 individuals. The recruitment fields cover various fund management areas such as fiduciary responsibility, overseas stocks, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity.
The hiring is divided into responsible managers (5 positions) and full-time managers (19 positions), with a special plan to select one expert to work at the Singapore overseas office in the infrastructure investment field. Applicants must meet the required experience and qualification criteria for each field, and the Fund Management Headquarters plans to hire talents with expertise in the respective areas.
The hiring process includes document screening, career verification, and interviews, followed by the announcement of the final successful candidates. During the document screening, applicants are evaluated on job suitability, job capability, and growth potential. Successful candidates proceed through career verification and interviews for final selection. The entire hiring process is conducted in a blind manner to prevent exposure of applicants' personal information, and additional verifications such as reputation checks and submission of career verification documents are also conducted.
The application period runs from the 30th until January 13, 2025, and interviews are scheduled to take place in March 2025. The final successful candidates will be announced in March 2025.
The Fund Management Headquarters is a core department leading the era of the National Pension Service’s 1,100 trillion won fund.
