Bitnine announced on the 30th that it will propose an agenda to appoint Morgan Mao as an inside director at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on February 5 next year, marking the beginning of a full-scale move to strengthen global artificial intelligence (AI) leadership.
Morgan Mao, known as the holder of the original technology for generative AI video production and the winner of the 2024 ‘LVMH Innovation Award Grand Prize,’ is the co-founder of DirectorsTech and will serve as Bitnine’s future global CEO.
He is recognized as a pioneer in the global AI video field, playing a key role in the growth of generative AI software companies into unicorns in overseas markets. He has built outstanding expertise and trust in the industry by successfully executing new overseas market entries and digital transformation projects for global luxury brands.
The AI-based high-quality video production solution led by him is attracting attention as an innovative advertising production technology utilizing 3D modeling and spatial intelligence.

Meanwhile, at a separate extraordinary general meeting scheduled for January 3, Bitnine will also propose agendas to appoint Shin Jae-hyuk, a veteran in the advertising marketing field and CEO of Directors Company, Lee Jae-cheol, CEO of DirectorsTech, a company possessing AI technology, and Jegal Wan, CFO of Directors Company and an expert in finance and investment, as inside directors.
Additionally, the agenda includes changing Bitnine’s corporate name to SKAI Worldwide and adding ‘AI advertising production’ to its business objectives.
