Enhanced User Convenience with AI Short-Form and Integrated Translation Search Features

Used goods trading platform Bungaejangter announced on the 30th that it will actively advance retail tech by introducing artificial intelligence (AI) technology at every stage of the user transaction journey.

First, Bungaejangter officially launched the AI short-form feature. When sellers register product images and descriptions, Bungaejangter's AI technology automatically analyzes them and generates videos containing product information. The generated short-form videos are additionally exposed within the app, helping sellers utilize them as a new marketing tool and supporting faster product sales.

The ‘Overseas Tab,’ where users can purchase overseas products, has been equipped with an AI translation search function. Just like with domestic product transactions, users can easily find desired products by searching in the Overseas Tab. For example, products registered in Japanese can be easily searched and traded in Korean.

The fraud pattern detection technology has also been advanced based on AI. Using big data and machine learning technology, the ‘Automatic Fraud Detection System’ detects fraud types in the app’s chat service ‘BungaeTalk’ and sends alert messages. When specific phrases are mentioned, automatic warning notifications are sent, and if fraud signs become clear, the system immediately blocks the user to protect others.
