Hong Cheol-ho Senior Secretary for Political Affairs "Possibility of Additional Summons"... Submission of Absence Excuse Letter

Jung Jin-seok, Chief of Staff to the President, and Shin Won-sik, Director of the National Security Office, will appear before investigative agencies on the 30th as accused persons in connection with the 'martial law emergency situation.'

According to the National Assembly Steering Committee on the 27th, Chief Jung submitted a letter of absence stating that he will not be able to attend the scheduled inquiry on the 30th. He explained that the reason for his absence was that he was notified by the investigative agency to appear as an accused person on the same day.
