Selected 11 Outstanding Small and Medium Enterprises
Possessing 4th Industrial Revolution-Based Technology
Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 27th that it held a certificate and plaque awarding ceremony for 11 outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the city on the 26th.

The city conducted a public contest from August 12 to 30, followed by a first-round document screening, a second-round on-site investigation, and final selection through the Goyang City Enterprise Support Deliberation Committee's review and resolution.
The selected companies are SMEs that have been operating in Goyang City for more than two years, comprehensively considering management performance, possession of certifications and patents, workplace welfare status, and social contribution.
The outstanding SMEs selected this year in Goyang City are ▲ IS&RoadTech Co., Ltd. ▲ Recycle Co., Ltd. ▲ Icecan Co., Ltd. ▲ Samsung Logipia Co., Ltd. ▲ CNQ Medical Co., Ltd. ▲ Itcolor ▲ Bokwang Planning Co., Ltd. ▲ Daeyoung ▲ Farmdream Co., Ltd. ▲ Saehan D&P ▲ Globe Point Co., Ltd., totaling 11 companies.
These companies produce products based on the 4th industrial revolution, such as advanced equipment applying high technology and educational software incorporating artificial intelligence (AI), as well as functional products closely related to daily life, actively engaging in various sectors of society.
The selected companies are provided with benefits such as preferential interest rates when applying for Goyang City SME operating fund loans, additional points in policy projects, and a 50% discount on fees at public parking lots within the city.
Mayor Lee Dong-hwan stated, "With the recent designation of the 'Daegok Station Area Knowledge Convergence Complex' and the 'Venture Business Promotion District,' Goyang Special City is laying the foundation to become a self-sufficient city," adding, "Despite difficult domestic and international circumstances, Goyang Special City will stand together to ensure our companies can continue to develop."
Meanwhile, the city has been selecting outstanding SMEs annually since 1999 and has awarded certificates to 335 companies to date.
