Emart announced on the 27th that it will launch its first New Year discount event, the 'Goraeit Festa,' from January 1 to 5 next year.

The Goraeit Festa is a large-scale discount event newly introduced by Emart in 2025. It is an extension of the 'Emart Price Innovation' initiative aimed at strengthening core business competitiveness.

The Goraeit Festa, which opens the New Year’s first chapter, features 14 'Goraeit Items' (Goraeit + Items) with the biggest discount benefits, and offers a 50% discount when purchasing two or more items per category, providing customers with truly affordable '응(%)' prices.

Representative Goraeit Items include Korean beef (Hanwoo) and domestic pork. From January 1 to 2, all branded Hanwoo products (refrigerated, domestic) will be offered, and from January 3 to 4, domestic pork belly and neck meat will be available at a 50% discount when paid in full with the event card.

As a representative seafood item, domestic boiled octopus will be sold at 2,980 KRW per 100g with a 50% discount when paid in full with the event card throughout the 5 days. The octopus is caught in areas such as Yeosu, Namhae, and Tongyeong, known for its excellent quality.

Winter seasonal fruit strawberries are also selected as Goraeit Items. From January 1 to 2, all strawberry products will be discounted by 20% when Shinsegae points are accumulated. Price-stabilized apples (4-8 pieces) have been pre-planned with Emart’s contracted farms located in representative production areas such as Mungyeong, Yeongju, and Andong, securing 500 tons of high-quality produce, and will be sold at 5,980 KRW throughout the 5 days.

Emart’s exclusive product, the Dyson V12 Origin Fluffy vacuum cleaner, will be sold at 378,000 KRW with a 250,000 KRW discount when paid in full with the event card. This is the lowest price since its release at the end of October. It is an Emart-exclusive model that maintains the same cleaning performance, dustbin capacity, and weight but simplifies the components to enhance price competitiveness.

Emart will also strengthen discount benefits under the concept of 'until customers 응(%)' from January 3 to 5 next year, offering up to 50% off on major products such as processed foods and daily necessities, including pick-and-mix discounts.

Bagged ramen, big pies, Mong Shell pies, instant soups, and all gum products will be sold at 9,900 KRW for any 3 items per category. Gochujang, doenjang, ssamjang, 11 types of frozen dumplings, domestic tofu, refrigerated udon for two, zero-calorie carbonated drinks, frozen pizza, and hot dogs will be discounted by 50% when purchasing two or more items per category.

Additionally, daily necessities such as body lotion, razors with 8 blades, hand wash, hair dye, and electric toothbrushes will also be discounted by 50% when purchasing two or more items per category.
