JB Financial Appoints New Executives... Head of Audit Department and Head of Management Support Department

JB Financial Group announced on the 26th that it has newly appointed the Head of the Audit Division and the Head of the Management Support Division. Kim Dong-sung, former Deputy Director of the Financial Supervisory Service, was appointed as Head of the Audit Division (Vice President), and Bang Geuk-bong, former Vice President of Jeonbuk Bank, was appointed as Head of the Management Support Division (Executive Director). Lee Kwang-ho, the group's Compliance Officer, was promoted to Executive Director.

Head Kim was born in 1963, graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Economics, and earned a master's degree in International Business from Thunderbird University in the United States. He joined the Insurance Supervisory Service in 1991 and worked at the Financial Supervisory Service's Investigation and Research Bureau in 1999, Planning and Coordination Bureau in 2001, Insurance Inspection Bureau in 2003, and the New York Office of the Financial Supervisory Service in 2008. He served as head of the Organizational Budget Team in the Planning and Coordination Bureau and as Director General of Supervision, and in 2019, he served as Deputy Director in charge of banks and Deputy Director in charge of strategic supervision at the Financial Supervisory Service.

Head Bang was born in 1968 and holds a bachelor's degree in Trade from Jeonbuk National University, as well as master's and doctoral degrees in Economics. He joined Jeonbuk Bank in 1994 and has served as Head of Human Resources Support and Vice President (CFO) of the Management Planning Division.
