Korea Capital, a specialized credit finance company and subsidiary of the Military Mutual Aid Association, has participated in a meaningful sharing initiative to help low-income vulnerable groups have a warm winter and improve their quality of life.
On the 26th, Korea Capital announced that it visited Jung-gu Office in Seoul and donated 20 million won to the “2025 Hope Ondol Warm Winter Campaign” organized by the Community Chest of Korea.
The donation will be used for various support projects to improve the quality of life, including donations of rice, blankets, and daily necessities for neighbors in need within the community, meal support for children at risk of missing meals during school vacations, and cultural and artistic experiences such as camping and musical viewing for vulnerable groups.
At the donation ceremony, a representative from Korea Capital said, “As the year-end approaches, we made this donation to think of our neighbors in need and to contribute to a warm winter for the entire local community and mutual growth.”
They added, “In the future, we will continue social contributions not only through donations but also by encouraging all employees to participate, aiming to contribute to creating social value and fostering a virtuous cycle of sharing.”
Meanwhile, Korea Capital has been continuously engaged in various social contribution activities such as donating funds for marginalized groups, volunteering for free meals and environmental cleanup, and providing scholarships to descendants of Korean War veterans.
