She recently donated 10 million won to the Pyeongtaek Happiness Sharing Headquarters. Including this donation, the cumulative amount for this year is 25 million won. She supports households that are practically struggling but do not receive public assistance, placing them in welfare blind spots, as well as neighbors in urgent need of support due to fire damage and other emergencies. Bang Sin-sil said, "I started donating to repay the gratitude I feel by sharing with neighbors around me. I hope to be a small help to families in need during difficult times."

Bang Sin-sil is a player who won her first career victory at the 2023 Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour E1 Charity Open. In the same year, she achieved her second career win by winning the Dongbu Construction · Korea Land Trust Championship. In 28 tournaments this season, she entered the ‘Top 10’ nine times, including three runner-up finishes and one third place. She has ranked first in driving distance for two consecutive years since 2023.
