Teenage Girl Dies After Being Stabbed by Teen Male with Knife in Sacheon

The Sacheon Police Station in Gyeongnam announced on the 26th that they have arrested and are investigating a teenage boy, A, on suspicion of murder for wielding a weapon against a peer female, causing her death.

Boy A is accused of repeatedly wielding a weapon on a road in Sacheon-eup, Sacheon-si at around 8:53 PM the previous day, resulting in the death of teenage girl B. During the incident, boy A also inflicted self-harm and sustained minor injuries. The police are investigating the exact motive and circumstances of the crime.
