The agency initially requested President Yoon to appear for questioning as a suspect accused of being the ringleader of the rebellion and of obstructing the exercise of official duties through abuse of power. President Yoon did not appear by 10 AM, the scheduled time for the investigation, and the agency waited until the afternoon.

However, President Yoon ultimately did not comply with the summons, and with no statement from his legal team, it appears the investigation was effectively canceled.
