Namyangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Joo Gwang-deok) announced on the 24th that it will hold a 'Strawberry Direct Transaction Market' for the Christmas season on the first floor of Hyundai Premium Outlet Space1 until the 25th.

This event was organized jointly by Namyangju City and Hyundai Premium Outlet to promote high-quality strawberries directly grown by local farms in Namyangju and to support specialty product-producing farms.
At the event, not only the consistently popular Seolhyang variety but also new varieties such as Geumsil and Honghee, known for their unique aroma and taste, will be sold together.
The selling price is 15,000 KRW for 500g of Seolhyang, and 16,000 KRW each for Geumsil and Honghee, allowing customers to purchase fresh strawberries picked early that morning at reasonable prices.
A Namyangju City official stated, "We will continue to contribute more to revitalizing the local economy through various direct transaction events where local farms and consumers can coexist and prosper together."
