Operation of Christmas Tree and Full Moon Photo Zones
Installation of Rose Garden Lights Provides Abundant Attractions
Busan Gijang-gun (Governor Jeong Jong-bok) recently completed the 'Light Street Creation Project' around Jeonggwan Witgol Park, showcasing beautiful nighttime scenery and various attractions.
The county recently finished installing landscape lighting at 14 locations, including Deoksan Pedestrian Bridge over Jwagwangcheon Stream, and completed the installation of a large Christmas tree, full moon, crescent moon, and heart-shaped photo zones at Witgol Park, located in the center of Jwagwangcheon Stream.
Additionally, after pruning the roses this winter, rabbit-shaped and circular lights were installed inside the flower beds, and more lights were added along the walking paths to provide even richer attractions.
With this project, Witgol Park is expected to become a new light street landmark in the area, captivating visitors' attention with its colorful foliage during the day and a gentle light festival at night.
Moreover, since the installed lighting facilities will operate year-round, not just in winter, the area around Witgol Park is anticipated to gain more attention as an urban resting space that residents enjoy throughout all seasons.
Governor Jeong Jong-bok said, "Along with the landscape lighting installed on the Jwagwangcheon bridges, I hope the creation of the Witgol Park light street will become a space where residents create happy memories," adding, "Like the splendid lights of Witgol Park, I wish that the coming new year will be a shining year for all our county residents."
