Establishment of a Collection and Recycling System for Waste Electronic Products
The West Sea Regional Coast Guard Agency (Commissioner Lee Myungjun) announced on the 24th that it has signed a business agreement with e-Sunhwan Governance to promote resource circulation and efficiently recycle electronic waste.
The two organizations plan to closely cooperate to establish an eco-friendly collection and recycling system for waste electronic products, minimize waste generation, and activate a resource circulation system. Through these efforts, they aim to practice ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) management and promote sustainable environmental protection.

During the agreement ceremony, the West Sea Regional Coast Guard Agency and e-Sunhwan Governance discussed concrete action plans to ensure proper waste disposal and expand recycling. Key points included strengthening the collection and handover process for waste electronics, establishing an eco-friendly separation and discharge system, reducing waste, promoting the recycling of waste electronics, and enhancing social contribution activities.
A representative from e-Sunhwan Governance stated, "This agreement marks an important starting point for solving the issue of electronic waste and realizing a resource-circulating society. Through cooperation with the West Sea Regional Coast Guard Agency, we will continue efficient and systematic environmental protection activities."
