Clickmate Successfully Concludes 2024 Conference

Clickmate, a leading innovative shopping platform, successfully concluded its annual conference held in Seoul on the 19th. A total of 250 attendees participated, showing enthusiastic interest throughout the event.

Notably, ‘Threebag,’ a top seller on the Clickmate platform, demonstrated remarkable results by generating 50 million KRW in sales from just a one-hour live broadcast, achieving a monthly transaction volume of 5 billion KRW. This is regarded as a case proving the business potential that can be created through collaboration between sellers and the platform.

Clickmate is gaining attention for its seller-friendly innovative system. First, it maximizes operational efficiency by providing an instant settlement system that deposits funds directly to sellers. Second, it enhances seller convenience with a feature that allows easy product registration even during live broadcasts. Third, through a closed live commerce feature that enables live broadcasts exclusively for loyal customers, it offers a differentiated shopping experience based on deep trust between sellers and customers.

Live commerce based on loyal customers has a significant advantage in strengthening the long-term customer relationships sellers have built, realizing high purchase rates and satisfaction with products.
