Delivery of Sponsorship Items from Little Hands to Parents and Companies
At the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, a continuous stream of large and small acts of sharing is taking place at the Gwangju Seo-gu Geumho 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center (Dongjang Jeong Gye-sun).
According to Seo-gu on the 20th, starting with a container of kimchi made with small hands by the children of Geumho Wongwang Daycare Center, 5th-grade students at Sangmu Elementary School prepared cubed radish kimchi (kkakdugi) as a class activity, dividing it into 10 small side dish containers and delivering it along with handwritten letters.
The parent club of Manho Elementary School delivered 100 sets of scrubbers made in a hand-knitting class, and MG Saemaeul Geumgo donated 30 containers of kimchi.

Also, on the 19th, Monito Classic (CEO Shin Dong-geun), a custom suit manufacturer, sponsored 25 boxes of ramen and 25 packs of toilet paper to be used for neighbors in need.
CEO Shin said, “After producing the team uniforms for the Kia Tigers’ championship this year, our store became widely known, and I decided to share part of the profits to help neighbors in need.”
The donated items will be distributed to neighbors in need, including basic livelihood security recipients, who account for 25% of the population in the district.
Jeong Gye-sun, head of Geumho 1-dong, said, “I believe the heartfelt sincerity of these warm-hearted angels will be a great support to neighbors in need during the cold winter,” and added, “We will do our best to strengthen the local community welfare network and ensure continuous sharing activities.”
