Maxim Plant, a coffee complex cultural space operated by Dongseo Foods in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, has reached a cumulative visitor count of 1.12 million six years after its opening.
Upon entering the first floor of Maxim Plant, dressed in winter attire, visitors are first greeted by a large Christmas tree. Maxim Plant provides differentiated coffee content. Notably, the ‘Synesthesia Coffee’ offered at the third-floor Brewing Lounge is famous for allowing customers to experience specialty coffee tailored to their preferences through all five senses: taste, smell, hearing, and sight. First, by selecting preferred coffee flavors, acidity, and roasting level via a tablet, the system recommends the most suitable coffee from a total of 16 specialty coffee beans.
