Large-scale rallies are scheduled to take place across downtown Seoul this weekend, resulting in traffic restrictions.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced that on the afternoon of the 21st, rallies and marches hosted by the Emergency Action for Resignation and the Liberty Unification Party, involving tens of thousands of participants, are expected to cause traffic congestion in the downtown Seoul area.
The Emergency Action for Resignation will hold a rally from Dongsipja Rotary to Gwanghwamun Intersection and Naeja Rotary, followed by a march along Ujeongguk-ro and Namdaemun-ro. The Liberty Unification Party will hold a rally from Sejong-daero Intersection to Daehanmun.
The police plan to deploy about 170 traffic officers around the rally and march routes to manage traffic and minimize inconvenience to citizens.
A police official stated, "Traffic congestion is expected around rally locations such as Sejong-daero, Sajik-ro, and Yulgok-ro in the downtown area," and urged, "Please use public transportation such as the subway whenever possible, and if you must use a vehicle, check traffic information in advance."
