Improving Work Processing Speed and Accuracy through Document Comparison Automation
Document AI specialist Romin announced on the 19th that it has successfully implemented its document comparison solution, 'TextScope Diff,' into LS Securities' legal management system.
TextScope Diff is an AI-based solution that automatically compares differences between documents, detecting deletions, additions, and modifications, and visually highlighting them. Utilizing high-performance AI OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, it accurately extracts text even from scanned documents or images, supporting various file formats such as PDF, PNG, TIF, and JPG, thereby offering differentiated accuracy and versatility compared to conventional simple text comparison solutions.
With this implementation, LS Securities has been able to reduce the time required for comparison and review processes of key documents such as contracts, terms and conditions, and audit reports, significantly improving work accuracy. In particular, it reduces errors that may occur during document comparison and clearly identifies changes, thereby enhancing the reliability of legal management.
TextScope Diff provides an API for flexible integration with corporate systems, allowing seamless linkage with LS Securities' existing legal management system. This enables automation of document comparison tasks while maintaining existing workflows without the need for system reconstruction.
Additionally, operating in an on-premises manner ensures sensitive data is securely protected, making it highly reliable and stable for use in financial environments.
Kang Ji-hong, CEO of Romin, stated, "TextScope Diff revolutionizes the document comparison process, providing high reliability and efficiency in fields requiring precise document management such as the financial sector. Going forward, we will lead document management innovation through optimized Document AI technology across various industries including finance, public sector, and manufacturing."
