The joint public-private inspection team, consisting of Hanam City, Hanam Fire Station, Korea Electrical Safety Corporation Central Gyeonggi Branch, and Korea Gas Safety Corporation Eastern Gyeonggi Branch, focused on checking evacuation plans for users in case of fire and promoted fire safety prevention rules.

The main inspection items included △ appropriateness of fire extinguisher installation locations, distances, and maintenance △ evacuation and fire prevention facilities, flame-retardant materials, and fire handling facilities △ risk prevention measures related to electrical machines and equipment △ risk prevention measures for electrical work, among others.

Meanwhile, during the winter fire safety period (November 1, 2024 ? February 28, 2025), Hanam City plans to continue winter safety management by conducting self-inspections on 36 multi-use facilities in addition to the sample inspection targets.
