Brazilian Influencer 'Karol Rosalyn' in Spotlight

Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) has attracted attention by selecting a woman as having the "most perfect body." The owner of the "most perfect body" is Karol Rosalyn (25, female), a famous influencer from Brazil.

On the 17th (local time), foreign media such as the New York Post and Daily Mail reported, "An AI model evaluated aesthetic factors such as symmetry, proportions, and overall harmony of residents in the S?o Paulo region of Brazil, along with health and fitness, and Karol Rosalyn received the highest score of a 'perfect 10'." Rosalyn, who has over 900,000 Instagram followers, actually boasts a toned 11-line abdominal muscle and a voluminous hourglass figure.

Rosalyn attributed her physique to "a healthy diet and regular exercise." She said she started strength training eight years ago and currently does weight training five days a week, along with daily cardio exercises. Weight training is known to have positive effects on bone and muscle health. Additionally, Rosalyn is said to be meticulous about her diet. Her diet mainly consists of fruits, vegetables, oats, and chicken. Her favorite meals include scrambled eggs, cassava, papaya, pineapple, oats, cinnamon, and coffee.

Meanwhile, fitness experts warned that simply imitating Rosalyn's strict routine does not guarantee the same results. An Australian fitness expert emphasized to the media, "In recent years, many women try to build muscle definition like Rosalyn, but following her strict routine does not mean you will have the same body." He pointed out, "Because genetics and lifestyle have a significant impact on body shape and physique, the concept of a 'perfect body' itself is subjective." He added, "Resistance and strength training are excellent methods to boost metabolism, burn fat, and build muscle," recommending doing them about two to three times a week. He also advised, "It is good to stay active daily through brisk walking, swimming, tennis, and participating in various exercise classes."
