Seosan City, Chungnam Province, announced on the 18th that the '7th Seosan City Council One Heart Harmony Event of the Bareuge Salgi Undong' was held at the Ardel Wedding Convention on the 17th and concluded successfully.


This event, organized by the Seosan City Council of the Bareuge Salgi Undong, was prepared to boost the morale of members who dedicate themselves and volunteer at the forefront of the community, and to strengthen their sense of duty and unity.


Approximately 400 people attended the event, including Seosan Mayor Lee Wanseop, Seosan City Council Chairman Cho Dongsik, Chungcheongnam-do Council Chairman of the Bareuge Salgi Undong Cha Hoyul, Seosan City Council Chairman of the Bareuge Salgi Undong Kim Geonsu, and other members.


After a pre-ceremony performance, the event included an opening declaration, recitation of the Bareuge Salgi Undong code of conduct, awarding of plaques of recognition and appreciation, encouragement speeches, congratulatory remarks, followed by programs such as a singing contest to promote friendship and harmony among members.

During the award ceremony, plaques of recognition were presented to a total of 32 outstanding members who have been dedicated to practicing the principles of the Bareuge Salgi Undong and the development of Seosan City.


Mayor Lee Wanseop stated, "It was a meaningful time to witness the Seosan City Council of the Bareuge Salgi Undong practicing the three core values of truth, order, and harmony," and added, "I deeply appreciate the hard work of all council members. I ask for your continued leadership in making Seosan a better place to live."


Meanwhile, the Seosan City Council of the Bareuge Salgi Undong is actively engaged in various volunteer activities, including campaigns for advanced civic awareness and law-abiding behavior, nature conservation, integrity, cleanliness, kindness campaigns, and community love projects in towns and villages.
