iM Securities announced on the 18th that it held an idea presentation event the day before for its in-house club ‘iM Exciting,’ aimed at promoting communication and creating a vibrant organizational culture.
The in-house club was established to enhance organizational dynamism and strengthen communication by soliciting fresh and innovative ideas from young employees. Seven teams were selected in August and have been active since then.
Each club consists of about five employees at the level of assistant manager or below, and over three months, they reviewed various topics such as marketing and new business ideas for growth, innovation for performance improvement, and win-win strategies to strengthen synergy.
At the presentation held that day, a variety of fresh ideas poured out, including joint sales activities to revitalize retail sales, investment in early-stage unlisted companies, development of new services such as AI-based consultation services and technical analysis systems, and plans to activate synergy with affiliates to boost synergistic sales. iM Securities plans to actively review all presented ideas in relevant departments to implement them.
Previously, iM Securities has promoted various activities to establish a culture of communication between management and employees. In August, it held ‘President is MZ (Meeting 中),’ a meeting with employees on unique topics, and last month, it conducted a lunch meeting to boost morale among junior staff such as clerks and assistants in the back-office headquarters.
An iM Securities official stated, “Communication is one of the essential elements for the company’s continuous growth,” adding, “We will continue to promote various activities that can spread a culture of communication.”
