The Youth Startup School is a program designed to provide professional and systematic education from the basics of entrepreneurship to practical management for young people aspiring to start their own businesses.

Under the slogan "Youth Startup School! Not the End, but the Beginning!", the graduation ceremony proceeded in the order of △ business presentation △ students' impressions △ dialogue with the Mayor of Namyangju △ certificate awarding △ networking session. The young participants reflected on their journey in a relaxed atmosphere, sharing their thoughts and aspirations while networking.

During the four-week education program, various topics were covered, including △ basic entrepreneurship theory △ business model development △ business plan writing △ utilization of government startup support projects. Due to high interest from the beginning, the number of graduates increased from the initially planned 25 to 45.

In particular, CEO Eom Ha-young, who runs a cafe and cookie gift shop located in Wabu-eup, shared vivid experiences of difficulties faced during the startup process and how she overcame them, receiving enthusiastic responses from participants.

One graduate said, "Through this education, I gained diverse entrepreneurial knowledge and insights, and it was a meaningful time to learn practical know-how beyond theory," adding, "I hope that mid- to long-term support for young entrepreneurs will continue next year."

Mayor Joo Gwang-deok of Namyangju City stated, "We will actively listen to the opinions of young entrepreneurs and prepare policies to provide practical support in various startup fields," adding, "We will create a stable environment where young people are not afraid of failure and can take on challenges, and strengthen the support system so that startups do not remain one-time events but lead to sustainable outcomes."
