Korea Housing Finance Corporation Discusses System Improvement Plans at Housing Finance Consumer Advisory Meeting

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) held the ‘Housing Finance Consumer Advisory Meeting’ to strengthen the protection of housing finance consumers and improve related systems by gathering opinions from experts in the field and customers using the corporation’s products such as housing pensions, Bogeumjari loans, and housing guarantees.

The meeting, chaired by Kim Kyunghwan, President of HF Corporation, was attended by experts related to financial consumers and customers using the corporation’s products. At the meeting, ▲ advisory committee member Professor Kim Kihoon of Pusan National University presented AI-based customer value enhancement plans, and ▲ discussions were held on consumer protection and system improvement measures based on customer feedback.

Kim Kyunghwan, President of Korea Housing Finance Corporation, said, “It was a valuable opportunity to hear diverse voices from customers using the corporation’s products and expert opinions,” adding, “The corporation will continue to listen carefully to the voices of financial consumers and strive to provide financial products that satisfy them.”
