43 Projects, Recruiting 72 People
Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Chung-woo) announced on the 16th that it will recruit participants for the '2025 Phase 1 Public Work Project' targeting low-income vulnerable groups and unemployed young and middle-aged adults from the 20th to the 30th.
Applicants must be Yeoju citizens aged between 18 and under 75 as of the project start date, with household assets of 400 million KRW or less, and an income level at or below 85% of the median income.
Applications can be submitted at the administrative welfare centers of the applicant's resident area (eup, myeon, dong). Participants will be selected considering the applicant's age, asset status, household headship, and dependents, and will work from February 3 to May 9, 2025.
Working conditions include ▲ an hourly wage of 11,010 KRW (Yeoju City living wage) ▲ enrollment in the four major social insurances ▲ provision of weekly holiday pay and paid annual leave. Those under 65 will work 25 hours per week, and those 65 or older will work 15 hours per week.
Interested individuals should bring their ID and supporting documents to the administrative welfare center of their resident area (eup, myeon, dong) to apply.
