Haeundae-gu Donates 5 Million Won to Low-Income Elderly Living Alone

The National Health Insurance Service Busan Ulsan Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters (Director Choi Deok-geun) is carrying out the social contribution project "Warmth Full, Sharing Love" to support winter supplies for low-income elderly living alone to help them have a warm winter.


This project was prepared to provide practical assistance for the winter living stability of vulnerable groups struggling with sudden cold weather, and it supports electric mats, winter bedding sets, and neck warmers for 90 low-income elderly living alone in Haeundae-gu, Busan.


On the 13th, a donation ceremony was held at Eojinsaem Senior Welfare Center in Haeundae-gu. The Haeundae branch manager, three city and district council members, and others attended this meaningful event to spread the value of sharing. The donated winter supplies will be delivered through Eojinsaem Senior Welfare Center and Banyeo Branch of the Senior Welfare Center from the 16th to the 31st.


Director Choi Deok-geun said, "I hope this small token of care will give strength to the elderly spending the cold winter," and added, "We will continue to pay attention to the vulnerable in the local community and take the lead in fulfilling our social responsibility."
