BizOn is a dedicated internet line optimized for the network environment of mid-sized companies, launched in May last year. LG Uplus offers different dedicated internet line products according to company size, such as 'BizNet' for large corporations and 'OfficeNet' for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

BizOn is characterized by efficiency in price and speed. According to LG Uplus, users can freely set upload and download speeds and pay only for the speed they use, effectively saving on communication costs.

The bandwidth on demand (BoD) feature is also applied. This function allows temporarily increasing the internet speed of a subscription to prepare for moments when many users access the internet simultaneously, causing increased usage.

For example, a game company might perform large-scale improvement work, or during university course registration days, dormitory upload speeds can be temporarily increased. This can be used up to twice a year, once per month, without additional charges or separate document submission processes.

Additionally, BizOn is configured as a dedicated one-to-one line per user, ensuring speed and quality, and enhanced security features such as a VPN with post-quantum cryptography (PQC) can be added. Furthermore, a 'Premium Security Monitoring' service providing 24-hour monitoring is also available as an option.

LG Uplus plans to further segment its dedicated internet line products according to users' environments and patterns to maximize usability. They also plan to apply artificial intelligence (AI) to develop a rate plan recommendation function tailored to users' usage patterns.

Seongyul Park, Executive Vice President and Head of the Corporate Business Innovation Group at LG Uplus, said, "We developed the bandwidth on demand feature to provide better quality and service to BizOn subscribers. We will not merely sell internet line products but continuously create 'customer value' by improving inconveniences and problems experienced by customers."
