The complex consists of 5 buildings with 8 basement floors to 49 above-ground floors. The apartment units total 999 households with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 118㎡, and the officetel units total 308 rooms with an exclusive area of 84㎡. Among them, 800 apartment households will be supplied this time. The complex is close to Sangbong Station and Mangu Station, where Subway Line 7, Gyeongchun Line, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and KTX Gangneung Line are accessible, providing excellent public transportation conditions.
