The Corruption Investigation Office Requests the Prosecution Again to Transfer the 'Emergency Martial Law' Case

The High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Agency (HOGOSA) announced on the 14th that it has repeatedly requested the prosecution and police to transfer cases related to the 'declaration of martial law.' However, regarding the police with whom joint investigations are underway, it stated, "Considering the progress of the investigation, we plan to conduct additional reviews on cases deemed appropriate for investigation by HOGOSA and will specifically request transfers again."


HOGOSA also added, "Further discussions on the scope of transfers with the prosecution are possible."
