IL Science announced on the 13th that its subsidiary IL Cellion has registered a patent for dynamic projection automotive lamp technology through a national research and development project.
Through the national research and development support project, they are conducting commercialization technology development for small and medium-sized enterprises under the task titled "Development of Communication Projector Applying Defective Lens for Smart Automobiles Based on Semiconductor Manufacturing Process."
The dynamic projection automotive lamp can output dynamic images. It is a patent for an MLA (Micro Lens Array) projection lamp that converts the existing single-channel MLA projection logo lamp into various channels and driver driving methods.
An IL Cellion official explained, "Through the patented technology, it is possible to project logos with various patterns depending on the number of MLA lenses," adding, "Dynamic video production is also possible through software control."
He continued, "In the future, we will complete the mobility value chain and create synergy by integrating IL Science’s silicon lens innovation technology."
