Showcasing Skills and Achievements Honed Over One Year
The Women’s Happiness Center in Guri City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) successfully concluded the 2024 year-end student work exhibition held from the 2nd to the 13th.

This event was designed to showcase the skills honed over a year by students attending the Women’s Happiness Center’s educational courses, to encourage participation in cultural arts and enjoyment of culture in daily life, and to increase public interest in the Women’s Happiness Center.
Approximately 100 works from about 10 courses, including Yangjae accessories, making my own clothes, daily hanbok, flower arranging, Western and Korean paintings, were exhibited. Performances featuring flute, violin, and acoustic guitar were also held, receiving great applause from the attending citizens.
Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun of Guri City said, “I hope this exhibition provided a joyful time for students to showcase their talents and skills and to foster harmony,” adding, “I deeply thank all the participating students, instructors, and staff for their hard work.”
Meanwhile, the Guri City Women’s Happiness Center will recruit students for the first term of 2025 from the 16th to the 29th, and will offer 71 courses from January 6 to April 24, 2025.
