Hyosung Chemical is rising more than 11% as of the morning of the 13th.

As of 9:24 AM on the same day, Hyosung Chemical is trading at 53,000 won, up 11.90% (5,000 won) from the previous day. Shortly after the market opened, it surged 26.81% to reach 57,000 won.

This appears to be due to Hyosung TNC's official announcement the day before that it will acquire Hyosung Chemical's specialty gases business division. Hyosung TNC plans to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the 23rd of next month to approve the acquisition agenda.
